Royal Mail service update - delays:

We are aware that some customers are experiencing delays to their orders, particularly with parcels. Please allow extra time for orders to arrive.

Please accept our apologies and bear with us and the posties during this time.

 

Dispatch times

Current dispatch times are as follows:

  • Orders placed Mon-Thurs (up to 4.00pm) will be dispatched the next day
  • Orders placed Fri-Sun will be dispatched on Tuesday
  • In addition to the above, orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next working day

  • FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £25.00
  • Standard Delivery (2nd Class) - from £1.00 (4-7 working days from dispatch)
  • 1st Class Delivery - from £1.95 (1-3 working days from dispatch)
  • We may send orders over £50 via recorded delivery

      • Europe (mainland)

      We are currently shipping to the following countries within the EU:

      Austria, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland

      • Tracked International Delivery - from £7.95 (7-14 working days from dispatch)

      Please note there may be associated customs duty/tax/handling fees that you will need to pay on your order. These are charged by your local customs office and are different for every country. You can check this with your country's customs office.

      USA & Canada

      • Tracked International Delivery - from £7.95 (7-14 working days from dispatch)

      Rest of World

      • Tracked International Delivery - from £8.95 (7-14 working days from dispatch)

      Delivery pricing includes both postage and packaging.

      Free UK Returns

      We really hope that you are pleased with your purchase however, if you are not fully-satisfied, please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or exchange (minus the original delivery cost). 

      We just ask that you return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date and in the original, unopened condition and packaging that you received it.

      Refunds will usually be processed via the original purchase method, where possible. We will also reimburse the cost of standard return postage, provided that a copy of the postage receipt is sent to us.
