Covid-19 delivery update

We are still dispatching orders however, please be advised that due to the Covid-19 situation, you may experience slight delays with dispatch and deliveries.

Current dispatch times are as follows:

  • Orders placed Mon-Thurs (up to 5.30pm) will be dispatched the following day
  • Orders placed Fri-Sun will be dispatched on Tuesday

Royal Mail service update:

We are aware that customers continue to experience delays with deliveries. Please bear with us and the posties and allow plenty of time for delivery. We would advise selecting the 1st Class Delivery option where necessary.

  • Standard Delivery (2nd Class) - from £1.95 (4-7 working days)
  • 1st Class Delivery - from £2.95 (1-3 working days)


  • Standard International Delivery - from £2.95 (5-10 working days)


  • Standard International Delivery - from £5.95 (7-14 working days)


  • Standard International Delivery - from £5.95 (7-14 working days)

Note that delivery pricing includes both postage and packaging.

For international deliveries, you may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country's customs office.



Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Those placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

If you require your order by a certain date or, if it is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Free Returns

We really hope that you are pleased with your purchase however, if you are not fully-satisfied, please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or exchange (minus the original delivery cost). 

We just ask that you return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date and in the original, unopened condition and packaging that you received it.

Refunds will usually be processed via the original purchase method, where possible. We will also reimburse the cost of standard return postage, provided that a copy of the postage receipt is sent to us.
